We work with many dental insurance companies and we will file your claim to access available dental benefits. It is the subscribers responsibility to verify eligibility and coverage. Benefit contracts can vary a great deal and may change frequently. Therefore, we ask you to be familiar with your insurance details including deductibles, limitations and annual maximums etc.

Please bring your insurance card to your appointment and notify us of any changes when they occur.

You will be responsible for your co-insurance (or portion not covered) at the time of service. We will do our best to estimate how much insurance will cover which allows us to predict your co-payment. If no dental insurance is involved or no benefits are available, payment for services rendered is due a the time treatment is provided.

We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover, CareCredit and Lending Club.
